What phone do I need?
You will need an Android phone with NFC enabled such as Samsung S23, A12. For Apple you will need an iPhone running iOS 16.4 or higher. The model can be an iPhone XS or later.
Are there any additional costs?
Contactless Giving is included as part of our iKnow software. Fees are applied to the donation but iKnow does not charge a separate platform fee.
Do I need an iKnow account to give?
To use the iKnow Giving App, your charity/ church needs to have an active iKnow subscription. However visitors can give to your charity by simply tapping against your phone with our Giving App installed.
* Up to 1 active device can be used per account without any additional cost representing a big cost saving against providers where there is a monthly charge. If you need more than 1 Contactless device then additional active devices are just £3.50 per month. Active devices are devices that have processed a donation during the month.
